CSCC sophomore Elliot Curtis was named National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Player of The Week for his play during the week of March 12-18. The Charger infielder batted .550 during the 6 game run. Curtis had three-home runs, 18-RBI’s and scored 7 times helping the Chargers go 5-1. At one point he hit a round-tripper in three-straight games.
For the year Curtis’ batting average is a team leading .430. He has smacked 7 homers and has 40 runs-batted-in which in also tops in the CSCC lineup. #28 is from Waterloo, ON.
